Meet the Contributors

Allison and Keith married in August 2010. They are both from Delaware and came to North Carolina in search of an exciting start to their new life together. Allison has her BA in English from Wesley College in Dover, DE and Keith has a BS in Accounting and Finance from West Chester University in West Chester, PA. Almost immediately after they were married, they moved to Greensboro, NC and were living in a tiny, one-bedroom apartment. They have now recently purchased their first home, with lots of room to grow. They both share an obsession for their rescue puppy Maddie as well as skiing in the winter and the Delaware beaches in the summer.

Peter and Jessamyn, married in 2007, have been living in a small apartment since the wedding. They’ve outgrown their space and have purchased a house with room to grow. They both graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. Peter has a degree in Information Technology & Physics and enjoys running and camping. Jessamyn has a degree in Psychology, Sociology/Anthropology & Health Sciences and enjoys scrapbooking and reading. They both love traveling the world in search of amazing food, beautiful artwork, and fun people.

Laura Redd started her interior design career while living in Germany in 1991. After returning to the states in 1993, Laura secured an internship with Interiors by Royce and Jo in Raleigh, NC. Twelve years later, Laura Redd has her own company – Laura Redd Interiors – specializing in custom window treatments, blinds and shutters, whole room designs, and re-inspiration. She also specializes in staging homes for sale to help stimulate the housing industry, and downsizing assistance for the elderly as they transition into a retirement or assisted living community. Laura Redd brings her ability to listen to the clients wants, needs and desires for their home and makes them come to fruition.
